Trouble with the Website or Logging in? |
- If you get a message "cookies not enabled" (or similar), and you are fairly sure you keyed in the correct username/pw, try clicking on the "Home" link on the navigation menu on the left side. Sometimes (for an unknown reason), you are actually logged in but the homepage doesn't refresh. Also -- try logging in a second time. If you see the "upcoming events" list at the top, you are logged in!
- Try logging in twice. Click on a menu item in the left side navigation after logging in asecond time.
- If you are not sure if your password and know your username and email, click on "Lost Password?" link.
- If you are getting a message "You are not authorised to view this resource.", you either do not have a login for the website or you are not logged in.
- If you are a BRAND NEW member and are just signing up and trying to RSVP, please be patient. It takes 24-48 hours for new logins to be upgraded to allow access to RSVP.
- Finally, if all else fails, please call (don't email) Jason Keough in the evenings at 270-2847. He will try and help diagnose and fix the issue.

Pack 736 is chartered by St. Michael's Catholic Church on Springfield Rd. in Glen Allen, VA. (West End of Richmond). We primarily recruit from Springfield Park Elementary School and surrounding area, and include all boys in 1st - 5th Grades regardless of school or religious preference.
